Sizing & Garments
Our heavyweight tees feature a relaxed, oversized streetwear silhouette.
If you prefer a more traditional fit, we recommend sizing down. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
Every chapter is printed on a premium 280 GSM heavyweight cotton garment selected for its structure, durability, and comfort.
These are designed to be worn often and improve with time.
To preserve the print and fabric:
- Wash inside out
- Cold machine wash
- Do not bleach
- Hang dry where possible
- Do not iron directly over the artwork
With proper care, your chapter is made to be worn for years.

The Brand
TAV comes from the ancient Hebrew letter associated with a mark, seal, or signature. OR means light.
Together they speak to something already present, made visible. You can read the full story on The Mark.
No. Our work is rooted in Scripture, but designed for anyone who appreciates thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and meaning.
Some people wear a chapter because they know the verse. Others wear it because they’re drawn to the design. Both are welcome.
Because each release tells its own story. Rather than seasonal collections, we create individual chapters—each rooted in a specific passage of Scripture and expressed through carefully considered design.
Yes. We intentionally produce in small quantities. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce unnecessary waste, and give every chapter the attention it deserves.
Giving
Every purchase helps support the work of The Mustard Seed, a Calgary organization serving people experiencing homelessness and poverty.
Our contributions are made quarterly. You can learn more on The Giving page.
Because meaningful clothing should lead to meaningful action. Supporting our local community has been part of TAV&OR from the beginning, and we believe generosity should grow alongside the brand.
