Youth sizes (XS–XL): 50% cotton / 50% polyester heavy-blend fleece with a front pouch pocket and ribbed cuffs and waistband.

Printed to order in our Calgary studio.

Classic youth fit with room to move. Hoodies come in youth sizes only (XS–XL).

Between sizes? Go up one. There's room to grow, and size exchanges are always free.

Machine wash cold, inside out · Tumble dry low · Do not bleach · Do not iron directly on the print.

Every TAV&OR piece is printed to order in our Calgary studio.

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. If your size or colour needs to be sourced for your order, please allow up to 6 business days. Either way, you'll receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Exchanges
We want you to wear your chapter with confidence.
If your size isn't quite right, we're happy to exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, your garment must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Printed to Order
Every TAV&OR piece is printed to order in our Calgary studio. Size exchanges are free for every size, subject to the conditions above and to availability.

Store Credit
To support responsible production, reduce unnecessary waste, and maximize the impact of our giving, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Instead, eligible items are issued as complimentary TAV&OR store credit or a size exchange, provided they meet the conditions above and are requested within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange
Before sending anything back, please email hello@tavandor.ca with:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to exchange
- The size you'd like instead

We'll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps. Once your garment arrives and is inspected, your replacement will be printed and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
