Exchanges
We want you to wear your chapter with confidence.
If your size isn't quite right, we're happy to exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, your garment must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Custom-Made Sizes
Small (S) and 2XL garments are crafted specifically for each order. Because your piece is made individually, exchanges on these sizes are welcome—a C$10 custom handling fee applies to cover single-run production costs.
All other sizes (M, L, XL) are exchanged at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Store Credit
To support responsible production, reduce unnecessary waste, and maximize the impact of our giving to The Mustard Seed, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Instead, eligible items are issued as complimentary TAV&OR store credit or a size exchange, provided they meet the conditions above and are requested within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
Before sending anything back, please email hello@tavandor.ca with:
- Your order number
- The item you'd like to exchange
- The size you'd like instead
We'll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps. Once your garment arrives and is inspected, your replacement will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. For custom-made sizes, the C$10 handling fee is applied at that stage.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
