There is a difference between feeling strong and being commanded to stand.
Joshua stood at the edge of what came next carrying responsibility he had never carried before. The instruction given to him was repeated:
Be strong. Be courageous.
Not because there was nothing to fear.
Because fear did not change who went with him.
That tension forms the foundation of LIONHEART.
The lion is not presented in motion. It does not roar. It faces forward — composed, watchful, unshaken. Strength without spectacle.
LIONHEART stretches across the crown of the artwork, becoming part of the lion itself. Bone white cuts through the black garment. Stone grey gives the mane depth. Sand gold is used sparingly, reserved for details and the scripture reference:
JOSHUA I · IX
On the front, the message is reduced to its essential instruction:
—STRONG & COURAGEOUS—
What appears quietly on the chest is carried fully across the back.
Made for the moment before the step.
For the decision that still has fear attached to it.
For those learning that courage does not require certainty.
Only movement.
